Observing the well-preserved shallow marine invertebrate fossils such as corals, brachiopods, bryozoans, crinoids as well as fusulines and other fossils.

Fieldtrip/workshop on carbonate development and spectacular mid-Permian (bivalve) build-ups and the end of Palaeozoic carbonate platform in central Thailand in Chaibadan district of Lopburi and nearby areas.

Visit the basal conglomerate, the evidence of regional uplift and the demise of Palaeozoic carbonate platform.

Visit spectacular coral bioherm with various organisms at Muak Lek district, field discussion on palaeoenvironment, correlation and other aspects.
